Creates a [CustomSheetPaymentInfo.Builder] with Braintree properties such as merchant ID, merchant name, and allowed card brands. The builder returned from the BuildCustomSheetPaymentInfoCallback can be used to set merchant properties such as the custom sheet, address requirements, etc.
